Rajio Taiso - 3-minute radio calisthenics

I've been incorporating this into my daily routine. It's only 3 minutes long, but it sure does give me a wonderful sense of accomplishment. Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Morning Qigong - 15 minutes

I try to add this in to my daily routine after my rajio taiso "warm-up." At least 2-3 times a week. It's actually quite relaxing and brings you to the present moment. 

Mental Exercises
