Warrior Spirit

I'm still a blue belt in taekwondo. However, I have restarted my training. Soon I will start offering basic self-defense mini-workshops that are free to the community. Monthly if I can get the resources together. Or random depending on my financial abilities.

Making this page a thing because it'll keep me accountable for keeping my promise. So I hope to see you at one of my free wellness parties I'll hopefully be hosting at a park near you! In Colorado of course. Haha.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Once I get my NASM/ISSA-CPT funsies. Body weight and minimal equipment use. If any equipment, will be the kind that is easily accessible.

Group Fitness Training

Will be offered once I get more training

Osteo-Circuit/Fitness Program

Fitness tailored to people with osteopenia/osteoporosis.

Basic Self-Defense

I'm working on it. Hosted one recently with my college taekwondo club recently. It was quite fun and I think people gained a lot from it.

Krav maga, jiu-jutsu, muay thai, mma, etc

Taekwondo

I'm working on it.

Qigong / Taichi

Also working on it.

Yoga

Doing yoga this semester at school and I'm enjoying what it has to offer, especially in the way of mindfulness, balance, strengthening, and bone health. More into the spiritual and slow paced one.
